When it's cold outside and all you want to do is to snuggle up and be cozy, it's Cheesy Shrimp & Grits to the rescue.
Thankful to have a bag of succulent Alaskan prawns in the freezer gifted to us by the Forest Fresh Alaska duo themselves, Mary and Lucas Goddard, my girls and I got to experiment in the kitchen to recreate a crave-worthy entrée we had at an upscale restaurant in Nashville the last time we dined together.
The result was beautifully aromatic and oh so comforting. You're going to want to go search your freezer for a bag of prawns right away!
